I work as a cultural strategist and company director. Generally I am engaged by organisations and people who want to change something in their business but aren’t sure what it is or how to do it.
My focus is on building resilient internal structures, sound business models and transformative programs to support cultural and organisational objectives. I also deliver creative engagement and social-change initiatives that forge stronger connections between organisations and their communities.
Clients work with me to identify options, chart a way forward, develop well-considered actions, establish stakeholder buy-in, secure resources and build momentum for change. Many of the organisations and people I work with are in either the regional development or the arts, culture and creative industries sectors, but I also work with other fields across the government, not-for-profit and private sectors.

A short note about pro bono work
